Refunds will be in the original form of payment, via Paypal. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. 'New and unused condition' means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security/price tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way.
    We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Returns must be postage prepaid via traceable carrier and, for your protection, insured for the full purchase price of the products, including any shipping and handling charges. Unless required for customs. Please do not ask us to lower the value or declare as a gift. We obide by all rules and regulations. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized by anyone other than us, do not have security/price tags on them, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days. Please note: Returning watches, we strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you intend to return it. Any wear will likely result in damage, however minute, that will prevent us from reselling the watch. Any watch that has been resized, scratched, or blemished will not be accepted. Please return the watch in the original box, with all the packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
