• UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using first class Royal Mail services or DPD and other courier services. Estimated time of delivery is up to 6 working days.
  
• Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco & Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using DPD or other courier service. Total estimated time of delivery is up to 8 working days but can vary according to the local postal services.
  
• USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, South America buyers: : Items will be shipped from one of our international warehouse via EMS, USPS or DHL ; estimated time of delivery is up to 5 working days but can vary according to the local postal services.
  
• All other countries: Items will be shipped from one of our international warehouses after payment has been completed using one of the major currier services or via international airmail service without a tracking number. Total shipping time usually takes up to 14 working days however this can vary according to the local postal services.
  
• Some of these items will be sent directly from their original location, shortening the total shipping time.

returns

• We will gladly issue an exchange, refund or store credit for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
